Condo 605 at Fountain Beach Resort

Our ocean view suite has a separate living room, bedroom, full kitchen and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. Smoking is permitted in the unit.

The living room area is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, a double sleeper sofa and a 32” color TV. There is also a dining area, which seats four and a bar area, which seats two. An iron, ironing board and sweeper, stored in the living room closet, have been provided for your convenience.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, dresser and 24” color TV. The master bath includes a vanity area, commode and jacuzzi. Both the living room and bedroom have their own air conditioner, ceiling fan and private balcony with excellent ocean and beach views.

The kitchen is equipped with a sink, apartment size refrigerator and range, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishes and utensils for eight people. The front bathroom has a commode and tub/shower combination.

We require a three-night minimum stay; longer for Daytona Beach Special Events. Special rates are offered for weekly rentals and monthly rentals will be considered upon request. Our rates range from a minimum of $79 per day/ $525 per week to $269/day/$1,350 per week, plus tax, depending upon the season and special events. An advance deposit by check or money order is required to hold your room, with the balance to be paid prior to your date of arrival.
