Fountain Beach Resort was built in the 1970's and was initially operated as a hotel. The building was converted to condominiums in 1998, and the property is now owned and managed by the condo owners association. The property has studio and one bedroom suites owned exclusively by individual owners, and all units are decorated differently according to the tastes of each owner. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms are available for rental. This website has been created for owners who wish to privately rent out their units.
Fountain Beach Resort is a direct oceanfront property and is located at 313 South Atlantic Avenue (A1A) near the intersection of International Speedway Boulevard. It is in the core beach area of Daytona Beach and within walking distance to the Convention Center and Main Street Pier attractions. Our property is six miles from the Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach International Airport and the Volusia Mall. We are within seventy miles of other major attractions, such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine and Sea World.
Our property includes the amenities of an outdoor pool, hot tub, 9-hole miniature golf course, coin operated laundry, vending machines and ice machines. Also located on site is McCormick's Pub and Tiki Bar, which serves food and alcoholic beverages. McCormick's frequently has a DJ play music or a band perform on the Sun Deck, however, the lounge may be closed during the off season, in December and January. There is also a real estate office located on the first floor to handle the buying and selling of condos.
Our property is currently undergoing renovations due to hurricane damage from last year, but we do not anticipate any inconvenience to our guests that would interfere with their vacation activities.
