The local airport is Daytona Beach International Airport (DBIA), which is serviced by Continental and Delta Airlines. There are also a number of private charter services which operate out of DBIA, such as Vintage Props and Jets. During busy times, it is difficult to book a direct flight arriving at DBIA.

The next nearest airport is Orlando-Sanford Airport (SFB), about 35 miles away, which is serviced by PanAm Airlines. Furthur away are Orlando International and Jacksonville International Airports, both about seventy miles away from Daytona Beach. Orlando and Jacksonville offer service by most of the major airlines.

If you fly into Orlando or Jacksonville, you may choose to rent a car. All of the major auto rental companies have service available from these areas. Other transportation from these cities to Daytona Beach is available by shuttle services, such as Daytona Orlando Transit Service (Dots) and Omni Trans.

Daytona Beach also has direct service from Greyhound Bus Lines, while AMTRAK provides train service via a train station located in nearby Deland.

Local transporation around Daytona Beach is offerred by VOTRAN, the Volusia County bus service, and several taxi cab companies. The major cab companies include All Florida Cab, Southern Komfort Taxi, and Yellow Cab.
